Swedish Germany
Sweden acquired German territory as a consequence of its participation in the Thirty-Years War. It lost part of that territory as a consequence of the Swedish-Brandenburg and Great Northern Wars. It retained the norther part of Western Pomerania until the Napoleonic Wars.
