The Unterherrschaften associated with Amt Hardt were grouped with it primarily for statistical purposes. Three of the Unterherrschaften were administered by Electorate subjects throughout the period covered by the database. Sovereignty was not disputed and they were considered part of the Electorate of Cologne.
