Amtsvogtei Ilten

The three Amtsvogteien of Bissendorf, Burgwedel, and Ilten were located southwest of Celle and were actually closer to Hannover despite being part of the Großvogtei of Celle. Bissendorf was on the northern fringes of Hannover, Burgwedel on the northeastern fringes, and Ilten an the eastern fringes. The last of those did not become part of Welfian Germany until 1512 and was the southernmost part of the Großvogtei.
