Unterherrschaften associated with Amt Bergheim
The seven Unterherrschaften associated with Amt Bergheim were under the sovereignty of the Duke of Jülich, but were not administered by his appointees. Their association with the Amt was primarily for statistical purposes. When the administrators were Jülich subjects (typically with rights of inheritance), I assign the Unterherrschaft to the same country as the Gerichte in the Amt.
