Amt Hoym
Amt Hoym was one of the original Ämter assigned to Anhalt-Bernburg when the Principality of Anhalt was divided in 1606. Although it remained under Bernburg sovereignty until Anhalt was reunited in 1863, it spent the years between 1709 and 1812 as part of subordinate principalities (Anhalt-Zeitz-Hoym and Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym).
