Amt Großalsleben
Amt Großalsleben, which was geographically separate from the rest of Anhalt, was designated a Senioratsamt when the Principality of Anhalt was divided in 1606. In 1669, the Senioratsämter were abolished and Amt Großalsleben was assigned to Anhalt-Dessau, where it remained until Anhalt was reunited in 1863.
