County of Lippe (adm. Hannover)

In 1733, Lippe-Detmold pledged Amt Sternberg to the Elector of Hannover/King of Great Britain, thereby relinquishing administrative responsibilities for that Amt. Despite that, I assign it to Lippian Germany based on sovereignty. In 1781, Lippe-Detmold reacquired the administrative rights by redeeming the pledge. I use the simplified country name of Lippe-Hannover to reflect both the sovereignty and the administrative responsibilities.
