Amt Horn
Amt Horn was always part of the core County/Principality of Lippe(-Detmold). It was never spun off to a subordinate county. It contained one Vogtei (Schlangen), but that played no role in jurisdictional changes and I ignore it. Grevenhagen was an exclave completely surrounded by Paderborn territory.
